Rondvaart met stoomsleepboot Volharding 1

Round trips: A unique way to discover the port

We offer the chance to hire a historic museum vessel for an exclusive tour of the Port of Rotterdam.

It is a unique experience on a ship with a story to tell, such as one of the steam tugs or a former service ship from the port – a floating piece of history, still often with a skipper who actually sailed on it. Ask about the lunch packages for on board too!

Please note: our historic ships sail from April to October.

Discover the inner harbors of the Maritime District, where the Port of Rotterdam began, from Leuvehaven, Wijnhaven, and Oude Haven to Haringvliet.

  • A maximum of 12 people can board.
  • This boat is not covered, and there is no toilet on board. Please check the weather forecast and bring warm clothing. We offer a variety of catering packages on board.
  • In case of high water levels, we can only sail in Leuvehaven, Bierhaven, and Scheepsmakerhaven.
  • Tour duration (depending on tides, wind, currents, and bridges) is approximately 45 minutes.
  • Departure point: Maritime Museum Harbor.
  • Cost per tour: € 69.50 excl. VAT.
